To choose representatives for the U.S. House and Senate, Pennsylvania’s three row offices (treasurer, auditor general, and attorney general), the state House and Senate, and the presidency, Democrats and Republicans will turn out to vote.
The general election on November 5 will pit the winners against one another.

When is the 2024 primary election in Pennsylvania?

Tuesday, April 23, 2024, is today.

When do polls open for Pennsylvania’s 2024 primary election?

The polls close at 8 p.m. and open at 7 a.m. You can cast a ballot as long as you are in line by 8 p.m. to vote.

Am I registered to vote?

You can verify that you are registered to vote. You can conduct a search by entering your driver’s license number or PennDOT identity card number, or by using your name, county, ZIP code, and birthday.

Can I vote if I forgot to register?

Regretfully, the deadline for registering to vote in this election was April 8.

Can I vote if my registration is inactive?

Indeed! If a voter does not cast a ballot or reply to a county notice regarding their registration, their status is set to inactive.
On April 23, you can still cast a ballot if that is your situation. When you attend your polling station, all you’ll need to do is sign a document verifying your eligibility.

If I moved but didn’t change my registration, am I still able to vote?

You must cast your ballot at the polling location associated with your previous residence if you moved within Pennsylvania less than 30 days before to the election. For one election, you may cast your ballot at the polling location associated with your previous address if you relocated within the commonwealth more than thirty days ago and haven’t amended your registration.
In the event that you have moved explicitly, you will need to provide your new address and county on a document that you must fill out at your polling site. After the election, officials will be able to update your voter registration in both counties thanks to this. You will then receive a new voter registration card that is updated with your new address.

What do I need to bring to vote?

You will need to bring identification if this is your first time voting or if it is your first vote since moving. This can include any kind of government-issued identification, like a passport or driver’s license, a utility bill or bank statement with your name and address on it, or an ID from the military or a school.

I voted by mail. How do I check my ballot has been received?

You can find out how your mail ballot is progressing.

I still have my mail ballot. How can I return it?

On election day, your ballot must reach your county by 8 p.m.
Your ballot won’t arrive by the deadline if you mail it, so don’t do it.
Alternatively, if your county allows it, deposit it in a drop box, satellite location, or election office.

I did not receive the mail ballot that I requested.. What should I do?

You can still cast your ballot in person at your polling place if you haven’t received your mail ballot.
You will be offered a provisional ballot by a poll worker; this ballot will be tallied once election officials verify that you did not mail in your ballot.

  1. Hey! This is kind of off topic but I need some guidance from an established blog. Is it tough to set up your own blog? I’m not very techincal but I can figure things out pretty quick. I’m thinking about creating my own but I’m not sure where to start. Do you have any tips or suggestions? With thanks
